Pulse will endeavour to respond to any online enquiries within 24hrs during the working week.
All equipment is rigorously inspected and cleaned prior to sale to meet Pulse specifications.

All are items listed are not refurbished, they are purely inspected for safety and performance and allocated a price and condition description accordingly. Thus all item(s) are sold as seen and Pulse has the right not to accept returned item(s).
Pulse can provide a detailed description and condition of the item upon request.
The description provided illustrates the cosmetic appearance and does not reflect the mechanics of the item.
Pulse accepts no liability for errors or omissions in the information displayed upon the website.
Enquiries
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your enquiry and for completing all details requested in full.
Due to stock availability if you enquire about an item(s) that is no longer available, we shall endeavour to supply an alternative item(s) to you of the same or similar specification.
The item(s) you have expressed an interest in within your enquiry will not be reserved/removed from the website until a signed order confirmation has been received.
Price and payment
Pulse will accept the following methods of payment; cash, cheque or credit card.
Prices listed are exclusive of VAT which is chargeable at the current rate
The price shown is for the item only it does not include delivery, installation, extended warranty, re-upholstery or a detailed service.
If an existing Pulse customer your existing payment terms apply.
A 25% deposit may be required with your order. The balance of payment is due upon delivery or collection.
Delivery, collection and installation
You may choose from the following delivery terms; delivery only, collection, delivery and installation.
Delivery only items will be delivered by a courier service on a door to door service. You will be responsible for getting the item into your premise and installing. Please note some of the large items may not fit in standard doorways and may require disassembling.
Items may be collected by you from Pulse premises, however in collecting your item(s) you are taking full responsibility of the carriage and installation of the item(s).
There will be additional installation costs for any items listed under the miscellaneous category. Price available upon application.
If choosing a Pulse delivery and installation option you are responsible for ensuring that Pulse has access too and that your premises are suitable for delivery and installation.
Warranty
All Pulse products sold will include a 3month parts and labour warranty. Upholstery and consumables are not included.
Extended warranties can be purchased per machine for a 12 month period, on product ranges F, FST and G.
No warranty will be provided for all other manufacturers products listed.
No warranty will be provided on any miscellaneous items listed.
Maintenance information can be provided upon the sale of any Pulse items from the E, ET, F, FST and G ranges.
