Pad height To raise: While taking weight off pad, pull plunger. To lower: While placing weight on pad, pull plunger.
Ensure mechanism is locked before operating the equipment.
Range selector To increase: Pull the handle, move the foot bar downwards and release the handle. To decrease: Pull the handle, move the foot bar upwards and release the handle. Ensure foot bar mechanism is locked.
Workout load
Select the desired workout load by using the weight stack selector pin. To increase: Select a lower position on the weight stack. To decrease: Select a higher position on the weight stack.
2.5kg increment To engage: Push the selector handle towards the back of the weight stack. To disengage: Pull the selector handle towards the user.
