Instructions

Adjust chest pad height so that waist is in line with bottom of chest pad.

Select workout load.
Using the range selector, set foot bar to the starting position.
   
Hold the handgrips lightly.
   
Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout the exercise.
   
Exhale as leg is raised, inhale whilst returning to the start position.
   
Do not hold your breath.
