Instructions

Adjust the seat back so that knee joint in in line with the axis of rotation indicator.

Select workout load.
Using the range selector, set arm to the starting position.
   
Hold the handgrips lightly.
   
Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout the exercise.
   
Exhale during lifting movement, inhale whilst returning to the start position.
   
Do not hold your breath.
