Setup

Seat Height  

Seat position
To increase size: Pull the plunger, move the seat backwards and release the plunger.
To decrease size: Pull the plunger, move the seat forwards and release the plunger. Ensure seat mechanism is locked.

 
Workout Load  

Workout load
Select the desired workout load by using the weight stack selector pin.
To increase: Select a lower position on the weight stack.
To decrease: Select a higher position on the weight stack.

 
       
Weight Increment  

2.5kg increment
To engage: Push the selector handle towards the back of the weight stack.
To disengage: Pull the selector handle towards the user.
