Setup

Platform Height  

Platform height
To Raise: While taking your weight off the platform, pull the plunger, move the platform upwards and release plunger.
To Lower:
While applying your weight to the platform, pull the plunger, move the platform downwards and release plunger.
Ensure mechanism is locked into position before operating the equipment.

 
Thigh Pad Position  

Thigh pad position
To Raise: Pull the plunger, move thigh pad upwards and release plunger.
To Lower: Pull the plunger, move thigh pad downwards and release plunger.

 
       
Range Selector  

Range selector
To Increase: Pull the plunger, move the thigh bar away from yourself and select starting position.
To Decrease: Pull the plunger, move the thigh bar towards yourself and select starting position.
Ensure plunger is locked.

 
       
Workout Load   Workout load
Select the desired workout load by using the weight stack selector pin.
To Increase: Select a lower position on the weight stack.
To Decrease: Select a higher position on the weight stack.
 
       
5 kg Increment   5kg increment
To Engage: Push the selector handle towards the back of the weight stack.
To Decrease: Pull the selector handle towards the user.
