Instructions

Adjust height of platform so that hip joint aligns with the axis of rotation indicator.

Adjust height of thigh pad so that it's just above the knee.
Using range selector set up thigh bar to the starting position.
   
Hold handrails for stability.
   
Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout the exercise.
   
Exhale during pressing movement, inhale whilst returning to starting position.
   
Do NOT hold your breath.
