Thigh Pad Height To raise: Pull the plunger, move thigh pads upwards and release the plunger. To Lower: Pull the plunger, move thigh pads downwards and release the plunger.

Select the desired workout load by using the weight stack selector pin. To increase: Select a lower position on the weight stack. To decrease: Select a higher position on the weight stack
