Instructions

•

Adjust seat height so that the elbow joint is in-line
with the axis of rotation incator.
• Select workout load.
• Rest chest against pad and hold handgrips. 
(Ensure thumbs are pointing away from torso).
   
• Select grip (Ensure thumbs are pointing in a upright position).
   
• Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout the exercise.
   
• Exhale as weight is lifted, inhale as the weight
is lowered to the start position.
   
• DO NOT hold breath.
