Stand in the middle of the machine, legs shoulder width apart leaning slightly forward.

Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout the exercise.

Exhale as pull, inhale as you return the weight to the start position.
•
DO NOT hold your breath.

Adjust height of swivel pullet assembly.

Bend forward aprrox 90 arms slightly bent, raise to shoulder level, return to starting position. Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout the exercise.
