Instructions

Adjust seat height so that shoulders are aligned
with the axis of rotation indicators.

Select workout load
Grip the handles lightly.
   
Rotate arms upwards until parallel to the floor.
   
Maintain a smooth, controlled motion throughout the exercise.
   
Exhale as arms are raised, inhale as weight
is lowered to the start position.
   
DO NOT hold your breath.
