BIMAL Report
The various grip positions of the 325G enable the user to alter and isolate loading of the major muscles of the arm, shoulder, chest and back muscles.
It is important that care must be taken when the user reaches the lower range of the motion to prevent stressing the shoulder joint and girdle.
