Seat Height To raise: While taking your weight off seat, lift lever up. To lower: While seated, lift lever up. Ensure seat mechanism is locked into position before operating the equipment.
Seat Relocation Wheel chair access: To relocate seat. Lift plunger knob and rotate seat (anti-clockwise). Ensure that the seat is locked in position before operating this equipment. Please return seat to its default position after use.
Seat Back Relocation Wheel chair access: To relocate seat back, pull plunger and rotate the seat back (anti clockwise). Ensure seat back is locked in position before operating this equipment. Please return seat back to default position after use.
Workout Load
Select the desired workout load by using the weight stack selector pin. To increase: Select a lower position on the weight stack. To decrease: Select a higher position on the weight stack
2.5Kg Increment To engage: Push the selector handle towards the back of the weight stack. To disengage: Pull the selector handle towards the user.
Pre-Stretch Position To increase: Pull the plunger, move the handlebars towards yourself and release the plunger. To decrease: Pull the plunger, move the handlebars away from yourself and release the plunger. Ensure the mechanism is locked in place.
