Instructions

• Grasp handle, and step on from side
• Move hands to outside handles for arm exercise
• Start pedaling; the console will illuminate
   
• Select desired program; be sure to maintain pedaling motion
   
• Maintain a smooth and controlled motion throughout the exercise
   
• Ensure that your back is straight at all times
   
• DO NOT hold your breath
