Biomechanical and Ergonomic Design Innovation

	Backrest Made from durable polyurethane, the Perform cycle ergonomic backrest provides greater support to the spinal column and active comfort. The backrest mirrors the spines natural curve by providing the user with 15 seat positions. This promotes correct posture for maximum freedom of movement, comfort and support.

	Pedal Adjustable pedal strap fits a wider variety of trainer shoes & sizes.

	Seat The seat is angled backwards to guarantee users gluteus muscles workout while the lumbar support eliminates spinal fatigue.


Advanced wire-free technology

Wire-free multi-media AV entertainment system
Viewable from any angle a colour TV screen is built into the console. Through the integrated AV entertainment system, the machine receives any combination of TV and satellite channels, video, audiovisual, DVD or your own promotional messages via a wire-free signal. Users get more choice and variety of entertainment. More reasons to keep coming back to workout more.

Operators’ benefit, because no electrical wires are required to power the entertainment system, this in turn means no electrical infra-structural costs, no TV’s left on standby, reducing overall carbon footprint.

	Headphone socket Built-in quarter inch jack headphone socket with molded sweat cover for users to plug all modern headphone sets.


IFI Accredited

	Perfect accessibility The perform cycle may be reached simply by laterally transferring from wheelchair to cycle seat.

	Colour coding Any adjustable components are colour coded yellow.

	Handlebar re-positioning With 2 sets of handlebars, one can be removed to accommodate lateral transfer.

	Inclusive console Inspired by the IFI, the console has tactile and colour coded buttons, red for stop, green for go and yellow for adjustment. The screen has high contrast colour definition for both partially sighted and colour blind users.


Gym management system enabled

	Pulse SmartCentre enabled Users insert their SmartCard into the slot in the console. Once inserted, the machine defaults to the prescribed workout and the performance statistics downloaded to the card. Users are guided around the gym and all information is uploaded to users historical workout file. Messages can be left and review, appointments set by customers and trainers for greater communication. This SmartCentre system will directly improve retention, save time and standardise customer service. Equipment use is tracked via SmartCentre, leading to fewer service/maintenance issues and better asset management.

	One uniform console design Each machine has the same console means only one set of instructions to be trained at induction, enhancing user experience, training of staff and maintenance.

	Crisp high definition console screens Clear display screen means users easily monitor performance.

	Heart Rate Training Strategically placed Hand-Pulse sensors are fitted as standard or users can wear Smart Polar chest straps to enable constant heart rate monitoring. All workout programmes are hand pulse or chest strap compatible.

	Motivational Programmes The 6 goal oriented programmes and 10 different readout statistics for users get more choice and more variety of feedback. 	Aesthetic Design The recumbent cycles titanium colour, curved shaped framework, means it is less intimidating in any contemporary fitness suite setting.

	Convenient water bottle storage device Conveniently located custom designed water bottle holder and small items storage unit. Ideal for users to keep refreshed or store mobile phones or keys. There is also a reading rack available.

	Handlebars Heavy-duty polyester material covers the handlebars that will not absorb sweat, rip or split, pleasing to customers and virtually maintenance free.

	Adjustable leveling feet These compensate for uneven surfaces. For modern flooring like laminate rubber coated feet are provided for extra protection and stability.

	Set language options Need to appeal to an international market, 6 language options of software are available, English, Swedish, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Dutch


Durability

	Belt System Internal self-tensioning poly V belt drive mechanism is used to produce a smooth, quiet, durable and virtually maintenance free product. The drive belt will last 3 times longer than a chain.

	Certification Certified by TUV, IFI and managed by Pulse under BSI ISO 9002, this means the perform cycle has all the highest quality assurance you need.
