Heart Rate Monitoring To use polar: Place a polar compliant strap around your chest, the machine will automatically display your heart rate. To use hand-pulse sensors: Place both hands over hand-pulse sensors and lightly grasp the handles.

Storage Tray To use: Place objects in console storage tray
Headphone Socket To use: Gently insert 6.35mm jack plug from headphones into jack socket on equipment
