Instructions

• Grasp handle, and step on from behind
• Start stepping; resistance will quickly increase and console will illuminate
• Select desired program; be sure to maintain stepping motion
   
• Maintain a smooth and controlled motion throughout the exercise; take care not to let pedals violently hit top or bottom of movement
   
• Ensure that your back is straight at all times
   
• DO NOT hold your breath
